- Support the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities
- Assist in creating and maintaining a safe organized and engaging learning environment
- Support childrens social-emotional development communication and independence
- Assist with daily routines including meals toileting transitions and rest time
- Supervise children at all times to ensure safety
- Use positive guidance and age-appropriate behavior support strategies
- Help observe and document childrens progress as directed by the Lead Teacher
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with team members
- Follow all state licensing regulations health and safety procedures
- Assist with classroom organization materials and cleanliness
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Preschool or Early Childhood Education setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Understanding of preschool-age development and classroom routines
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable patient and team-oriented
- Ability to meet all state and center background clearance requirements
- A caring professional who enjoys supporting young childrens learning
