Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Maintain safety and security of guests staff and property
- Resolve potential problems or safety concerns
- Resolve matters that include public relations medical emergencies and criminal incidents
- Assist pool attendants on an as needed basis
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous phone experience preferred
- Effective listening skills
- Patient and friendly demeanor
- Ability to make good judgment calls
