GSF Properties Inc. is looking to add a Floating Grounds Technician in Bakersfield CA! Come join a dynamic property management team!

This Grounds Technician position is responsible for the daily upkeep and curb appeal of our multi-family apartment communities in Bakersfield CA! Must have valid CA drivers license to be considered for this floating position.

WHAT YOULL DO AS GROUNDS TECHNICIAN:

Enhance our community - Youll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the grounds to keep up the curb appeal of the property. On-the-job training will be provided as needed.
Build rapport with customers - Youll make positive connections with customers by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them around their homes.
Respond to service requests - Youll launch into action when grounds issues arise collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction.
Notice the details - Youll walk the property daily inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety and helping to maintain great curb appeal.

Able to float to properties as needed
Available to work M-F 8am-5pm schedule in Bakersfield (40 hours per week)

Salary Description

17.00-17.50 per hour plus benefits
