F-15 Experienced Staff Analyst

Company:

Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Staff Analyst (Level 3) to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in Berkeley MO!

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops plans for long-range strategies organizational goals objectives and initiatives.
• Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
• Develops coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
• Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
• Delivers informational or technical materials. Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
• Provides strategic design logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
• Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
• Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
• Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
• Develops and deploys localized training content.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data
• 3 years of experience managing business metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
• 3 years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
• 3 years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
• 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors Degree or higher

• Previous experience working in or supporting manufacturing processes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Previous experience with data analytic and/or workforce management tools
