Key Responsibilities

Drive 99.99% uptime for servers storage network power & cooling
Own incidents change control disaster recovery & escalations
Lead vendors MSPs and cross-IT collaboration
Ensure audit readiness & security compliance
Manage capacity deployments migrations & hardware lifecycle

Must-Have Skills

8 years managing enterprise or government data center operations
Proven team leadership vendor coordination and DR ownership
Data Center Infra (Dell/HPE/Cisco UCS Racks Blades PDUs UPS CRAC/CRAH HVAC Power & Cooling Redundancy)
Storage (SAN/NAS NetApp/EMC/Pure)
Network (VLAN Routing/Switching Firewalls (Palo Alto/Fortinet/Cisco))
Virtualization/Cloud (VMware/Hyper-V Azure/AWS)
Tools (ServiceNow/Remedy Datadog/SolarWinds/Zabbix)
Frameworks (ITIL NIST SOC2 ISO 27001)
