Reports to: Head of Marketing / Marketing Manager
We are seeking a strategic detail-oriented Lifecycle Marketing Manager to fully own and lead all lifecycle and email marketing initiatives within our Client Acquisition team.
Although this position operates at a Senior Specialist level the title reflects the full scope of ownership and accountability. This is a hands-on execution-driven role with end-to-end responsibility for strategy execution systems performance and cross-functional alignment.
This role does not include people management but it requires strong autonomy leadership through influence and measurable business impact.
You will design and execute lifecycle strategies that move leads through the funnel retarget high-intent prospects optimize lead nurturing and drive pipeline and revenue growth in close collaboration with Marketing Sales and Operations.
Own and execute the full email and lifecycle marketing strategy for client acquisition including:
Lead nurture sequences
Product and service campaigns
Newsletters and outbound communications
Automated workflows and triggers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media SEO Content and Sales teams to:
Retarget high-intent leads
Leverage behavioral data (downloads ads forms website activity)
Build and maintain lead scoring models and segmentation logic based on behavior intent and lifecycle stage.
Develop and manage partner and client newsletters ensuring alignment with brand voice and business goals.
Align closely with Sales to ensure:
Clear lifecycle definitions
Seamless lead handoffs
Consistent high-converting messaging
Analyze and optimize performance across key metrics:
Open rates CTRs conversions
MQL SQL progression
Pipeline and revenue impact
Manage or coordinate marketing automation tools ensuring:
Accurate tagging and tracking
Automation best practices
Data integrity and compliance
Continuously test and optimize subject lines copy send times workflows and segmentation.
Stay current on lifecycle marketing best practices and proactively share insights with the broader team.
24 years of experience in B2B lifecycle or email marketing preferably targeting the U.S. / English-speaking market
Proven experience owning full-funnel lifecycle campaigns with measurable revenue impact
Strong hands-on experience with email and automation platforms such as:
HubSpot Marketo Klaviyo ActiveCampaign (or similar)
Solid understanding of B2B funnels lead nurturing scoring and segmentation
Excellent written English (C1C2 level required) clarity tone and persuasion are critical
Highly collaborative comfortable working across Marketing Sales and Ops
Data-driven and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced cross-functional environments
Experience in BPO or service-based industries is a plus
