Your responsibilities:
- Generating and saving employee documentation
- Answering e-mails and phones as first line of support for employees
- Adding changing or removing employees in the Benefit systems
- Updating employee information in the systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Other activities and duties ordered by the immediate superior.
Our requirements:
- Ability to work in Microsoft Office (in particular: practical knowledge of MS Excel)
- Very good communication skills ability to work in a team
- Analytical skills
- Ability to learn quickly
