Technical Depth: Strong technical background with experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems emphasizing high availability scalability and resilience.
Execution Excellence: Demonstrated ability to drive consistent high-velocity delivery while maintaining high standards for quality reliability and operational excellence.
Agile & Delivery Practices: Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments including sprint planning prioritization and continuous improvement.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical and business topics align stakeholders and influence decisions at multiple levels.
