Position: Sales Head
Experience: *Minimum 18 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales / Key Account Management
Qualification : Graduate / MBA preferred
Salary: *25 LPA (Based on experience & profile)
Location: *Chennai

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the state's enterprise sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the enterprise business.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients ensuring high levels of
* customer satisfaction and retention.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive the acquisition of high-value enterprise clients.
* Utilize CRM and data analysis tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and strategic initiatives to senior
management.

Experience and Skills:
* Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with enterprise clients.*
* Proven sales expertise consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
* Strong proficiency in key account management presentation delivery communication and relationship-building.
