Job Summary
This position is ideal for a UX professional who can translate complex technical workflows into intuitive user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities
Conduct stakeholder and user interviews to developpersonasDefine customer journeys storyboards and site maps
Design user flows aligned with real-world user scenarios
Create visual design systems and style guides aligned to Kuiper/Amazon standards
Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes
Conduct usability testing heuristic reviews and produce findings and recommendations
Collaborate closely with product engineering and stakeholder teams
Required
Proven experience delivering end-to-end UX design (discovery through validation)Strong portfolio demonstrating personas journeys prototypes and usability outcomes
Experience facilitating design workshops and synthesizing stakeholder feedback
Ability to clearly document UX decisions and design rationale
Preferred
Experience working on enterprise portals or platform productsFamiliarity with accessibility and usability standards
Experience collaborating within Agile delivery teams
