Reporting directly to the Global Organization Effectiveness & Change Management Associate DirectorDaniela Riggio we are looking for a professional interested in having an impact on our Global Organization Effectiveness & Change Management team in the HR Function.
In this role you will ensure organizational development and change management projects supporting the operating model transformation.
Specific activities and responsibilities:
- Support the design and implementation of the most effective productive and high performing Organization across multiple markets participating to several organizational projects.
- Ensure organizational analysis identifying gaps and defining a route map to align to the To Be model.
- Partner with the business on processes redesign and organization impacts with the purpose to support the fast growth of the Company.
- Design Functional toolboxes clarifying Roles and Responsibilities and identifying the capabilities required by each role.
- Define and monitor human capital metrics and KPI in relation to organizational and business requirements.
- Ensure that all change management activities across the business portfolios mapping impact assessments and associated plans to engage all stakeholders at the appropriate times.
Related Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- University or Masters degree with specialization in Management Engineering or Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in Organization and Project Management delivering multiple complex enterprise-wide change management programs internationally.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Experience in consulting companies is highly appreciated.
- Ability to work in a demanding fast-paced environment comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
- Fluency in English
