Location: Buenos Aires or Mexico City Hybrid Work Model
Role: Senior Recruiter Clinical Talent Acquisition
Were looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical roles across LATAM (Argentina Chile Brazil Mexico Colombia Peru and CentroAmerica) ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver results in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions in LATAM.
Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to hiring managers.
Ensure compliance and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
Build strong relationships with universities and talent networks.
Provide insights on market trends and compensation data.
Plus: Opportunity to contribute to local regional and global improvement projects.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in HR Psychology or related field.
34 years of recruiting expertise including proven experience with advanced sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search social recruiting) and track record of successfully recruiting for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
Strong English skills and ATS knowledge (Workday experience a plus).
Excellent communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
