RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the sales lot
- Help customers find the perfect vehicle by understanding their needs
- Provide clear knowledgeable presentations of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Explain product features and available options
- Build rapport and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Learn to overcome objections and close deals confidently
- Report progress and activity to the Sales Manager regularly
REQUIREMENTS:
- High energy and enthusiastic attitude throughout the day
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly outgoing personality especially under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen
