About the Role

Were looking for a Martech Consultant (temporary) to join our team for a temporary this role youll be responsible for both the hands-on execution of marketing automation campaigns and supporting the strategic development of use cases and customer journeys for a range of exciting Nordic clients.

The role focuses primarily on Salesforce Marketing Cloud but we work across a variety of platforms. Youll collaborate closely with other Martech specialists analysts developers and creatives to deliver smart effective data-driven marketing.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in the platform but also wants to contribute to the thinking behind the campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design build and launch campaigns and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.

  • Translate marketing goals into actionable use cases segments and personalization logic.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign execution with strategic objectives.

  • Manage QA testing campaign performance and reporting.

  • Provide input on campaign improvements and contribute to client-facing solutions.

  • Ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of Martech activities during the contract period.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Adobe Campaign Bloomreach Engagement Braze or similar.

  • A strong grasp of marketing automation workflows data activation and audience segmentation.

  • Familiarity with HTML JavaScript APIs and data structures is a plus.

  • Ability to think both tactically and strategically in a Martech context.

  • Self-driven adaptable and comfortable stepping into an existing setup and taking ownership.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English.
