Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70000 - $85000 annually (depending on experience)

- Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days in-office 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts including generalist real estate staffing and surety accounts with premiums of $150000 or more.
- Serve as the primary client contact ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the placement team to provide suggestions for quoting new and renewal business.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with carriers to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage account information and workflows efficiently.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.
- Maintain a professional and proactive approach to problem-solving and client relationship management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role within the insurance industry.
- Proven expertise in managing large market accounts and negotiating with carriers.
- Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A stable work history with at least 2-3 years in each previous role is highly desirable.
