Job Summary
The Benefits Counselor assists clients with Medicaid HealthChoices and public benefits enrollment to ensure financial access to mental health care.
Responsibilities
Screen benefit eligibility
Assist with applications and renewals
Resolve coverage barriers
Track enrollments in CIPS
Work with case managers
Requirements
Human services experience
Knowledge of PA Medicaid & Health Choices
Strong attention to detail
