Job Summary
Role: Senior Accountant
Priority Location: Philippines / South Africa
Working Hours: (Mon - Fri) CST with some flexibility on Saturdays
Salary Range: $3500 - $4000 USD per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)

Type of job: RemoteKey Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire accounting function
- Own financial close reporting and compliance end-to-end
- Ensure GAAP compliance and audit readiness
- Design implement and scale accounting processes
- Review and approve all key accounting deliverables
- Act as the primary accounting contact for leadership
- Mentor and develop the accounting team
- Provide strategic accounting guidance as the business scales
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting (Masters preferred)
- CPA CA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- 810 years of accounting experience
- Extensive experience in public accounting (Big Four highly preferred)
- Proven experience leading or managing accounting teams
- Strong understanding of US accounting standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
