Job Summary
Psychiatrists are encouraged to consider an available full-time position with Liberty Healthcare at the Coastal Empire Community Mental Health Center.
The Coastal Empire Community Mental Health Center has several clinic locations throughout the Lowcountry region including Hilton Head and Beaufort South Carolina.
These clinics provide high quality outpatient assessment and treatment services to adults who are experiencing acute and chronic mental illness.
The Coastal Empire Community Mental Health Center operates under the South Carolina Department of Mental Health and selected Psychiatrists work through a long-term collaborative partnership with Liberty Healthcare Corporation.
In this role you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others and positively impact the health and wellbeing of a significant number of people who are experiencing acute and chronic mental illness.
You will practice in a mission driven community mental health setting in collaboration with a talented and dedicated multidisciplinary team. Your everyday work will focus on providing high quality outpatient assessment and treatment to adults and supporting their families.
You can expect a very nice work / life balance as well as plenty of free time to enjoy the legendary laid-back South Carolina coastal lifestyle.
Other perks include:
- Fixed compensation (no billing required)
- Generous amount of time off annually
- Regular Monday through Friday schedule with daytime hours
- No nights no weekends and no on call
- Paid liability insurance
Although our preference is for you to see patients in-person onsite at one of the clinics consideration will be given to remote telepsychiatry work.
If you live outside of the area Liberty Healthcare can assist you with relocation and if youre not currently licensed in South Carolina Liberty can help you with that too.
