Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Commercial / Select Business Unit)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is focused on managing small commercial accounts within the Select Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance exceptional organizational skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. This is a fully remote position based in Texas offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $60000 - $65000 annually based on experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with accounts averaging $50000 in premium or less.
- Provide full AZ account management including service and retention.
- Handle certificates endorsements invoicing marketing/remarketing and client communication.
- Quote and process renewals with a focus on retention and client satisfaction.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Eager to learn and grow within the role.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
