GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet students alumni and visitors who come to the Career Connection office in a professional and courteous manner
- Prepare classroom for BA2601 course and clean up afterward
- Mail thank you notes to panelists
- Organize BA2601 class items
- Make copies of career documents
- Maintain high level of confidentiality
- Attend College of Business Career Fairs if available to help with set up and tear down of events
- Make deliveries and pick-ups in other departments as needed
- Complete all work in a timely fashion
- Enter data into Microsoft Excel as needed
- Provide necessary support to members of Career Connection team on special projects
- Complete all other tasks and projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to take initiative when given projects
- Flexibility
- Complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Learn new skills as necessary
- Exhibit excellent communication skills attention to detail and be solution-oriented
- Responsible and dependable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Google Suite
- Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to work 8-12 hours per week schedule is flexible
- Occasional evening hours to support events
- Preference shown to students who are studying in the College of Business
Must be a current Lipscomb University Student. May be work study eligible.
