Our pay structure:
- Service Commission: 40-45% based on sales
- Product Commission: 10% on your check 10% in your PTO bank
- Birds covers the cost of running all discounts promotions
- 100% of your tips go directly to you on your paycheck

Qualifications
- 1 year of hair cutting experience
- Texas State Barber License
Compensation: $50000.00 - $75000.00 per year
