As a Founders Associate you will act as a strategic force multiplier for the founder driving growth through social media mastery and community building. You will manage personal branding execute digital marketing campaigns and build high-level expert networks. This is a high-impact role requiring a mix of creative strategy and operational excellence.

What you will do:

Manage the founders personal brand and company social presence across LinkedIn and Instagram to drive authority and community engagement
Execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across the App Store and Google Play Store managing budgets and conducting A/B testing
Build an Event Ideas Flywheel and manage an influential network of professors and experts to foster high-impact industry collaborations

The ideal candidate:

Exceptional communicator with a talent for drafting compelling copy and managing complex social media strategies for both individuals and brands
Analytical mindset capable of managing paid ad campaigns tracking performance metrics and iterating based on data-driven insights
Proactive self-starter comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing logistical projects like venue sourcing and community referral programs
