Responsibilities:

Actively prospect cold call and source new business opportunities
Sell courier and logistics solutions to new clients across various industries
Conduct client needs analysis and present tailored solutions
Prepare quotes proposals and negotiate pricing
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients post-sale
Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development / new business sales
Courier or logistics industry experience is essential
Strong hunter mentality with a passion for closing deals
Ability to sell a tangible service/product not just relationship management
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated disciplined and results-focused
Proven Sales Track Record
Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
