Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead manage and motivate the telesales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies for A&H products (Accident & Health Insurance)
Monitor KPIs conversion rates and call quality performance
Conduct regular coaching training and performance evaluations
Ensure sales activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies
Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation and campaign effectiveness
Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or related field
Minimum 8 years of telesales experience in insurance (A&H preferred)
At least 23 years of team management experience
Strong knowledge of Accident & Health insurance products
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
