Job Summary
The newly created role
- Option to work part time (minimum 3 days) or full time at our 61-bed Grafton aged care facility
- Assist with the preparation and ongoing readiness for accreditation visits
- Prepare data analysis reports and trends to identify priorities and risks and support the continuous improvement plan for the home
- Plan coordinate and deliver education
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify the areas of education to focus on
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided and make any necessary improvements
- Deliver education on orientation days for new staff

About you:
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as an Educator Quality Specialist or Senior Registered Nurse in residential aged care
- Excellent clinical knowledge and a sound understanding of the strengthened standards
- Able to conduct audits use critical thinking to analyse data and identify areas for improvement
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to support engage and inspire staff
- Energetic proactive passionate computer savvy and a big picture approach to quality and education
