Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Quality Control Assistant to support our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining accuracy reviewing workflows and ensuring that internal standards are consistently met across departments.
This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-driven process-oriented and committed to maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring and reviewing internal processes to ensure compliance with company standards
Conduct routine quality checks and document findings
Identify inconsistencies errors or areas for improvement and report them to management
Maintain accurate records of inspections and evaluations
Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with team members to ensure performance standards are consistently achieved
Prepare reports and summaries related to quality performance metrics
Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
