How do you excel in this position

The ideal candidate for this programmer position should possess excellent technical skills and the ability to contribute in a team setting. They must be a proficient problem solver with expertise in HVAC Controls and Building Automation programming.

What are we looking for

• At least one (1) year of work-related experience in a relevant field (Robotics PLC Machining Software) or at least three (3) years of work-related experience in graphic design.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and controls.
• Basic experience with programming languages or scripting (e.g. JavaScript Python or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision while gaining independence with experience.

Additional skills preferred but not required

• One (1) year of experience as an HVAC controls technician or one (1) year of experience as an HVAC controls programmer.
• One (1) years of experience with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation I/A Series Andover Continuum and/or Tridium Niagara R2/AX/N4.
• EcoStruxure Building Operation Certification.
• Experience with Building Automation Protocols including LON BACnet and Modbus.
• An associates degree in computer science electrical engineering mechanical engineering graphic design or related.
