About QBE LLC
QBE LLC is a mission-focused defense support organization providing technical and cybersecurity services.
QBE is seeking a Computer Programmer Analyst to support the MCCOG/MCEN mission per SOW requirements delivering technical operational and engineering functions aligned with enterprise network defense and operations.
Responsibilities
- Programs tests debugs and maintains new applications or enhancements to existing applications.
- Designs and develops software applications that support internal or external business functions.
- Uses advanced coding methods to create applications that efficiently and effectively perform specific functions.
- Codes features or functionality based on detailed specifications or an understanding of business requirements.
- Recommends technical solutions to complex business problems.
- Tests component functionality monitors production application performance and troubleshoots and resolves issues.
- Develops and maintains internal and end user documentation.
- May provide technical assistance during application implementation or maintenance.

Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience with one or more programming languages or frameworks.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of DoD experience in software development.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Project management skills
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs periodically.
- Ability to commute to the required work location daily.
Preferred Certifications
IAM Level I certification (Security)
Highly Desired Skills
Technical skills including ITIL RMF STIGs and platform-specific expertise.
