FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESIdentify and generate leads and prospects through various new prospects and existing clients (via telephone and emai) to qualify and process leads for sales and nurture leads to move them through the sales appointments and follow up with prospects to advance the sales with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets by qualifying leads and synchronizing with the needs of the CRM software to track and manage sales activities and customer informed about market trends industry developments and competitive up to date with the ESET product set effectively communicate the value proposition and react to objections and competitive networking events and trade shows to foster relationships and uncover new regular reports on sales activities progress and results to out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.REQUIREMENTSEducation:High school preferably in business marketing or a related field or relevant sales skills and a strong understanding of the sales process.Experience:Years of work experience: 5Knowledge:Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge to effectively represent the Knowledge: Maintain a high level of expertise about the companys products or services to confidently inform and persuade potential clients.Language:English B1Communication:Communication and Active Listening: Clearly articulate product value ask insightful questions and actively listen to prospects responses to build rapport and strong communication skills and the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.Managerial skills:N/APersonal characteristics:Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through strategic research and use of lead generation Management: Organize daily tasks efficiently to maximize productivity and Proficiency: Utilize customer relationship management software to track and manage sales activities and customer and Follow-up: Persistently pursue leads and maintain consistent follow-up to advance the sales to be coached: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to feedback to improve skills and -awareness: Understand personal strengths and areas for development to continuously improve sales : Keep track of leads appointments and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the : Show a genuine interest in learning about prospects needs and how the companys solutions can address Objections: Skillfully address and alleviate potential clients concerns to move them closer to a sale.
