For Linklaters Office in Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Sustainability Client & Communications Advisor role.
About the team
Join our Business Change team which partners with stakeholders across the Firm to deliver change initiatives that align with strategic goals particularly in the areas of sustainability and environmental social and governance (ESG). You will be responsible for creating client-ready responses and broader sustainability materials that enhance the Firms brand and support compliance with regulatory standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams you will help ensure that change is delivered effectively and sustainably with minimal disruption. This role offers exposure to a broad range of projects and change methodologies providing strong opportunities for professional development and meaningful contribution.
Your key responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for client relationship managers lawyers and interested parties on Sustainability information requests across the firm
Draw on agreed verified sources of response information as confirmed by the relevant managers.
Work with the Sustainability Manager to prepare highquality written responses and disclosures on environmental sustainability pro bono and community investment for such requests and as required for internal and external audiences internal updates external report content and responses to frameworks such as CDP and EcoVadis initially for review and signoff by the relevant managers and more independently in time. Maintain a database of responses.
Update team on pitch and RFP processes information sources and developments in the firm suggest improvements to team process and information sources and execute improvements as agreed.
Maintain accurate records and update the Environmental Management Systems Interested Parties Register with requests and responses keeping the Carbon Reduction Programme InSite page current and managing approved sustainability content and supporting documentation.
Support behaviour change and continuous improvement by drafting targeted internal engagement campaigns (for example on energy waste travel and sourcing) and propose enhancements to related processes and communications in consultation with the Environment Manager.
In time track requests from clients and client relationship teams for community investment and pro bono activities and collaborations sync with Salesforce.
Your experience
Experience in responding to external requests for information ideally in a professional services setting
Track record of collaborating with various internal and external sources to collect sustainability content and developing that into consistent and compelling messaging
Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with a range of stakeholders from partners to subject matter experts and on occasion external bodies.
Strong written communication skills especially in pitch-type processes and through internal communications
