We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Retail Manager who is passionate about customer experience to join our team at Westfield Bondi Junction.

In this role you will manage relationships with our retail partners support their success drive results and advocate for their needs.

Reporting to the Centre Manager and being part of the centres leadership team this position offers the chance to make a significant impact on the retailer and customer experience and drive our teams success.

In this role you will:
Support the daytoday operations and presentation of the Centre
Build strong relationships with retailers customers community groups and government stakeholders
Identify strategic opportunities to lift retailer and centre performance
Champion and support new programs that enhance the customer and retailer experience
Resolve issues and influence internal teams to deliver great outcomes
Manage centre incidents and emergencies in line with procedures
Participate in Duty Manager responsibilities as part of the Centre Leadership Team

What sets you apart:
Youll ideally bring experience in shopping centres retail leadership or managing a large operational environment along with:
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Curiosity and confidence navigating complex situations
Awareness of trends across retail categories
The ability to balance handson operational work with strategic thinking
Commercial acumen to identify opportunities that grow income and lift centre performance
