Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team to implement solutions for real manufacturing challenges.

Support manufacturing operations and process improvement projects

Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to solveproblemsoroptimizeprocess

Assistin data collection and analysis for production performance

Participatein root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities with quality team (6 sigma Lean 5S)

Apply digital tools to improve efficiency (with Excel VBA Power BI Power Automate)

Helpmaintainand update standard operating procedures (SOP/WI) and process documentation

Requirements:

Bachelors degree or above in science or engineering related fields (Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing Chemical Computer Science Information Management Data Analytics etc.)

Familiarity with at least one of the following: Excel VBA Power BI Power Automate or other automation/data tools

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g. machining assembly quality control)

Understandingbasic statistics and ability to use statistical software (e.g. Minitab JMP) is a plus

Strong analytical thinking problem-solving ability and willingness to learn and take on challenges

Good communicationskills in both Mandarin and English with ability to read technical documents andwriteclear reports
