Responsibilities
1. Quality Workstream Support :Assist workstream leaders with daily tasks such as collecting and analyzing operational data actions follow up and internal communication.
2. Documentary and Reporting: Prepare reports and visual summaries for internal reviews.
3. Workshop & Event Assistance:Help organize and execute project-related workshops team activities and internal Quality events.
Requirements
1. Quality Knowledge:Knowing the basic concept of quality control supply chain and manufacturing.
2. Project Management Knowledge:Knowing the basic of product lifecycle task tracking and stakeholder coordination.
3. MS Office Skills:Proficient inPowerPointfor presentation creation. Skilled inExcelfor data analysis and reporting (e.g. pivot tables formulas).
4. English Proficiency:Strong reading and writing skills for documentation and cross-site communication
5. Availability:Must be able to workon-site at least 2.5 days(or 5 half days) per week
This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730 et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
