Werecurrently hiring a full-timeLicensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)to provide virtual outpatient therapy foradult patientsthrough one of our trustedIndiana-based partners.
What Youll Do
As part of a collaborative well-supported care teamyoull:
Conductcomprehensiveinitialevaluationsandestablishinitial treatment plans.
Provideboththerapy services topatients(ages18)withmoderate acuity.
Collaborate with a wide network of support including psychiatry crisis services peer support case managers and more.

Setting:100% Remote OutpatientFQHC located inIndiana
Schedule:flexiblescheduleMonFri40hrs/wkmust be able to see patients until 8pm EST on Wednesday
Appointments:45minutesforinitialevaluations45minutesfor follow-up appointments
Administrativetime:60 minutes per day

Qualifications:
Proven experience in providingtherapy servicesas an independentlylicensedLicensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW)
ActiveIndianaLCSWlicenserequired
Full-time availability (40hoursper week) duringESThours
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Telehealth experience preferred
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
