As a Customer Care Specialist youll play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between clients field technicians and technical support teams. This is your opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your problem-solving skills and technical expertise truly make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between clients field technicians and technical support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Create and manage work orders in the ticketing system for dispatching field technicians.
• Monitor the Central Management System to identify and escalate errors to field technicians or internal teams.
• Respond promptly to requests from field technicians via phone text and email.
• Handle referred issues from internal and external sources through phone and email communication.

Requirements

• Previous office experience in technical support or customer care within the Communications or Mass Media industry.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with field technicians.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware gained through professional experience or education.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Outlook and Excel.
• Experience providing technical support and peer-to-peer training in an office setting.
• Ability to work the following schedule: TuesdayFriday 1:00 PM9:30 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM6:30 PM.
• Flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours including mandatory overtime when required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
