What does an early childhood lead Teacher do

Are you ready to take the lead in shaping young minds and creating a nurturing environment As a Full Time Early Childhood Lead Teacher at the Y youll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day classroom activities. From planning and leading program activities to ensuring effective communication with children parents and center personnel youll be at the heart of creating a positive learning experience.

Are you the Teacher were looking for

1. Must have a minimum of an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA certification.
2. An understanding and knowledge of children their behavior and development.
3. Specific knowledge in developmentally appropriate practices for the age group.
4. Must have or enroll in CPR First Aid Child Abuse Prevention and Prevention of Infectious Diseases.
5. Warm and friendly personality and the desire to work directly with young children.
6. Meet DCY licensing qualifications in training and background check.
