Join Manulife Universitys Learning Team as a Content Development Specialist Intern and help design and develop engaging high-quality technical learning experiences. Youll use innovative tools and collaborate with key content partners to create interactive resources that empower employees to learn and grow.
Position Responsibilities:
Design and develop interactive technical learning experiences using tools such as Articulate360 suite Synthesia Edcast suite Clipchamp MS Forms and PowerPoint.
Support the content life cycle including creation review and publishing processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and key content partners in Technology to ensure accuracy and engagement.
Assist in managing and updating Manulife Universitys Content Library.
Contribute to internal enablement initiatives by producing high-quality educational materials.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Instructional Design Education Technology Communications Computer Science or a related field.
Passion for learning teaching and helping others grow.
Strong storytelling instructional design and technical writing skills.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical topics clearly and effectively to a broad audience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Synthesia Confluence and Articulate360.
Background in developer advocacy technical education or enablement roles.
Familiarity with digital learning platforms and video editing tools.
