The Technical Director serves as the Defense Systems divisions senior leader for Digital Systems Architecture across Defense Electronics and Space portfolios including Electronic Warfare Radar and Communications systems. This role defines and executes the RF to digital engineering strategy ensuring systems architectures are optimally designed by coordinating customer requirements and aligning/influencing their technology road maps.
The Technical Director provides both direct leadership of technical teams and functional oversight across the broader engineering organization. This position is a key contributor to technology strategy customer engagement and business growth serving as a senior technical voice with customers partners and internal executive leadership.

The annual base salary range for this position is $190400-$238000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
