Job Summary
Community Hospital is a full-service acute-care hospital licensed for 60 beds. We are an independently owned hospital that serves the Grand Valley of Western Colorado which is the largest metropolitan area between Denver and Salt Lake 2024 Community Hospital earned the prestigious 5-star quality rating from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and was recognized by Beckers Healthcare as one of Colorados top recommended 2025 Community Hospital earned the highly coveted Outstanding Patient Experience Award from Healthgrades. The Community Hospital Hospitalist group is looking to add another Internal Medicine Physician to the practice to further support the consistent growth and demand the inpatient services at the hospital continue to experience.
This Position Includes:
- The group currently consists of seven high-character hardworking experienced Internal Medicine Board Certified Hospitalists and two Advanced Practice Providers that are fully supportive of the hospital and its expansion efforts.

Guaranteed Base Salary of $286035 plus up to $32000 annually in quality-based incentives.
