What Youll Do

As a Project Engineer youll play a key role in ensuring every aspect of the project runs smoothly-from technical planning and documentation to problem-solving in the field. Youll work closely with superintendents craft teams and clients to deliver safe high-quality on-time results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Interpreting design plans and specifications for construction teams.

• Identifying and resolving design discrepancies interferences or field challenges.

• Preparing and maintaining project documentation-status reports submittals sketches punch lists and more.

• Monitoring budgets costs and schedules to support project profitability.

• Assisting in the preparation of field design changes and as-built drawings.

• Supporting project safety programs and ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Providing mentorship or training to junior team members.

What Were Looking For

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience: Five (5) to eight (8) years of previous construction design or project management experience in heavy civil or highway work preferred.

• Skills:

  • Strong technical and analytical abilities.

  • Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.

  • Business-minded approach with attention to detail and cost control.
