Inventory Management Expert (SME)
Location: Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek/Fort Story (JEB LC/FS) Virginia Beach VA
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance (Required)

Position Overview
Rigid Tactical is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Inventory Management to provide comprehensive logistical financial and technical support to EODESU TWO. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Navy supply systems and audit readiness to ensure seamless material support and transportation coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Systems Management: Maintain and manage systems of record including R-Supply DPAS-WM and DPAS-PA. Handle stock record maintenance requisition processing and FACET program file uploads.
Material Oversight: Manage inventories for Personal Gear Issue (PGI) Table of Allowances (TOA) and Consolidated Shipboard Allowance Lists (COSAL).
Audit & Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) standards. Scan and process documents into financial audit tools for Supply Officer approval.
Physical Logistics: Lead physical inventory efforts including floor-to-book/book-to-floor validations stowage offloads and shelf-life screening.
Hazardous Material (HAZMAT): Oversee HAZMAT inventory management and Defective Material Summary (DMS) processing.
Disposition & Transfer: Prepare disposition paperwork for damaged or unserviceable equipment for transfer to DRMO or other designated activities.
Data Analysis: Consolidate data calls from EODGRU TWO units and provide high-level analysis and reporting to the Supply Officer under tight deadlines.
Technical Support: Provide supply-related customer service daily file maintenance and technical training to government personnel.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of dedicated inventory management experience.
Navy Systems: Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience utilizing the RSUPPLY system.
Certifications: Must possess a valid 6K Forklift Operator License.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PDREP processing and DPAS-A data input.
Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance is mandatory. Applications without an active clearance will not be considered.

Ability to coordinate complex material transportation and tracking.
