Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute comprehensive end-to-end payroll processing for all Partners ensuring precise and timely delivery in alignment with organizational schedules
  • Ensure proper computation and deduction of taxes benefits and other statutory contributions to comply with governmental regulations and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate withvariousstakeholdersto facilitate seamless payroll processing and avoid bottlenecks.
  • Manage year-end processes such as issuing Form 16/annual tax statements and coordinating audits
  • Accurately record accounting entries related to payroll ensuring alignment with financial reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate the preparation and reconciliation of various partner accounts and Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Compile and maintain detailed reports and dashboards that offer insights into payroll metrics and assist in strategic decision making.
  • Regularly update knowledge on legislative changes affecting payroll tax and labor laws to ensure the organizations practices remain compliant and up-to-date.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and ensure data integrity
  • Address and resolve payroll-related queries promptly and effectively ensuring clarity and satisfaction for all parties involved.
  • Implement payroll best practices and process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
  • Facilitate coordination with the Finance department regarding car lease foreclosure processes ensuring efficient handling and resolution
  • Getting the compliance related paperwork completed for various processesof PA Comp & Benefits

Essential Skills:

  • 4 years of experience of managingPartnerPayrollandaccountingisa must
  • Demonstrating proactive and robust thought process
  • Meticulous committed attitude and an eye for detail
  • Team player and good interpersonal skills
  • High degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationslikePowerPointand word
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Goodprioritizing time managementorganisationalandproblem-solvingskills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance a fluctuating workload
  • Flexible able to change direction quickly
  • Results driven and goal oriented
