As a Junior HR Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Supporting HR operations including managing employee files and maintaining HR databases
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administration of HR-related processes
- Responding to incoming queries and managing assigned cases
- Preparing and processing HR documents
- Supporting other HR related tasks
Qualifications :
We look for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Fluent English and Polish (both spoken and written)
- Some experience in HR administration would be a plus
- Basic knowledge and further focus on labor law
- Good command of MS Office (with a strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and confidential information
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Personal integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information
