As our Digital Communications Advisoryoulltake ownership of this newly restructured role in a forward-thinking innovative teamthatscommitted to using digital channels to their full potential. You will make an impact by

• Leading the management and enhancement of Councils website and social media platforms.
• Making a real impact onthe redevelopment of our websiteas weimprove user experience and accessibility.
• Creating and curating high-quality content including photography and videography to engage our community.
• Developing and implementing a strategic content calendar for social media.
• Using analytics and insights to optimise digital communication and monitor community sentiment.

What you will bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Communications Journalism Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing websites and social media platforms for an organisation.
• Strong photography and videography skills with the ability to produce engaging multimedia content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a creative approach to storytelling.
• Ability to analyse data and apply insights to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards brandcomplianceand relevant legislation.
• Capacity to work independently exercise sound judgement and adapt to changing priorities.
