You will make an impact by
- Leading the management and enhancement of Councils website and social media platforms.
- Making a real impact onthe redevelopment of our websiteas weimprove user experience and accessibility.
- Creating and curating high-quality content including photography and videography to engage our community.
- Developing and implementing a strategic content calendar for social media.
- Using analytics and insights to optimise digital communication and monitor community sentiment.
What you will bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Communications Journalism Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing websites and social media platforms for an organisation.
- Strong photography and videography skills with the ability to produce engaging multimedia content.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a creative approach to storytelling.
- Ability to analyse data and apply insights to improve engagement and outcomes.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards brandcomplianceand relevant legislation.
- Capacity to work independently exercise sound judgement and adapt to changing priorities.
