Who You Are

Youll perform as a Global Supply Chain Management Subcontract Administrator

What You Will Be Doing

Youll develop subcontract specifications work statements (SOW) and Terms & Conditions for the procurement of specialized materials equipment and services for subcontracts in support of development production and global sustainment for multiple contract types. Prepare bid packages conduct bidders conferences develop evaluation criteria analyze and evaluate proposals negotiate subcontract provisions select or recommend subcontractors write subcontract packages for review prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts. Negotiate and coordinate additions deletions or modifications to subcontracts. Participate with contracts administration and purchasing to develop subcontract policies and procedures. You may sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
AeroSCM
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors from an accredited college or university

Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement or managing supplier/customer relationships negotiations data analysis supplier proposals

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Skills:
2 years in supply chain management and/or procurement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Works independently and in a collaborative and team-based environment

Experience with multi-tasking and managing competing priorities

Experience with analyzing problems and recommending solutions

Familiar with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)

Familiar with Systems Applications and Processes (SAP) or equivalent purchasing/ERP system such as Procure to Pay.

Developing Project/Program Management skills

Excellent organization skills

Demonstrated sense of urgency self-motivated

Learning subcontract management skills/practices

Experience with negotiations

Ability to make business-based decisions

Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or a similar industry

Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day 3 days off per week
