Job Summary
The Club Clerk supports daily Club operations by maintaining accurate membership records providing clerical and administrative support and creating a welcoming environment for members families staff volunteers and visitors. This role ensures efficient processes that uphold safety confidentiality and member experience standards. The Clerk contributes to the Clubs priority outcomes in Academic Success Healthy Lifestyles and Good Character & Citizenship.
Job Functions
Membership Management
Maintain accurate membership files and ensure all applications and renewals are complete.
Manage member sign-in attendance tracking and program rosters.
Prepare attendance and membership reports.
Collect membership and program fees following internal control procedures.
Clerical & Administrative Support
Answer phones greet visitors and respond to inquiries professionally.
Distribute informational materials regarding Club programs and events.
Perform office duties including filing photocopying data entry mail sorting and supply inventory.
Support visitor sign-in procedures and internal communication tools.
Customer Service & Team Support
Provide a welcoming environment and model positive behavior.
Support Club staff and assist with special events or seasonal activities.
Participate in staff meetings and required training.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with special programs and fundraising activities.
Maintain a professional and organized workspace.
Represent the Club positively at all times.
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
Relationships
Internal:
Daily contact with Club Director staff volunteers and members.
External:
Contact with parents schools community partners and visitors.

*May include occasional evenings or weekends.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum one year of office clerical or customer service experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive communication skills and ability to interact with youth and adults.
Youth-serving organization experience preferred.
Abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to manage administrative tasks accurately.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Environmental and Working Conditions
Community-based setting serving youth families and partners. May require travel to other sites. Frequent deadlines. Physical activity includes standing walking and lifting up to 20 lbs.
Physical and Mental Requirements
Ability to perform office tasks focus in a busy environment and manage moderate stress levels.

Annual background checks required.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
