Job Summary

Coffman Engineers is a seeking highly organized and driven Marketing Intern to join our Raleigh office. The successful candidate will possess a strong attention to detail drive and organization. This person needs to have an eye for graphic design a brain for strategic thinking a passion for learning new concepts and ability to conduct business analytics to support managers decision making.

Qualifications :

Primary Duties:

Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and organizing of the Raleigh office employee appreciation events.
Market Research and analysis: Assist in the research regarding industry trends and potential upcoming projects.
Data Management: Assist with maintaining marketing information in various software platforms.
Marketing Materials: Assist in the updating and creation of marketing material.
Social Media: Create content for Coffmans social media channels.
Internal Communication: Assist with internal communications to staff.
Public Relations: Assist in writing technical articles.
Presentations: Assist in the development and brand quality of internal and external presentations.

Requirements:

We desire a student currently enrolled in a four-year degree program pursuing Marketing Public Relations Communications or similar.
Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
Familiarity with Adobe CC (InDesign Photoshop and Acrobat) and MS Office 365 programs
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Communicate effectively provide a high level of attention to detail and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Highly organized; able to take direction and work independently on a variety of tasks.
