Job Summary
Are you passionate about gaming and know your way around social media Entain is looking to hire a Social Media Community Manager for two of our most iconic UK gaming brands Foxy and Gala Bingo. You will bring each brands identity to life and connect with our community of customers through our various social media channels.
As our Social Media Community Manager (SMCM) you will join our in-house social media team here at Entain which sits within our wider Marketing this role you will be responsible for creating engaging social content for our popular gaming brands Foxy and Gala Bingo. Reporting to the Head of Social Media youll be at the forefront of our organic social media efforts bringing our brand personality to life and engaging with our vibrant community of gaming enthusiasts. You will work directly with peers across our in-house creative team and wider marketing functions.
As our Social Media Community Manager youll:
- Craft engaging entertaining and topical content for our organic social channels: Facebook X Instagram and YouTube.
- Represent the voice of Foxy/ Gala Bingo staying true to our brand personality and tone in every post and interaction.
- Monitor social media trends and keep your finger on the pulse of major sporting events to ensure our content is always relevant and timely.
- Interact with followers responding to queries and comments in collaboration with our retail and digital Customer Support teams.
- Collaborate closely with the PR team to align our social media activities with broader campaigns and initiatives.
- Support the Head of Social Media in brainstorming and creating standout social content that aligns with our marketing strategy.
- Travel to key sporting events to capture on-the-ground content that excites and engages our community.
Qualifications :
- Experience in social media content creation and copywriting with a high level of interest in and knowledge of various social media platforms (X Facebook Instagram and YouTube)
- Good understanding of Marketing functions and cross-working with peers in other departments that help bring social ideas to life or in partnership with larger campaigns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Motivated and organised with a proven ability to work in a fast paced always-on environment.
- Were in the gaming and sports business so this role will also require some evenings and weekends on a shift patterns.
