As an early hire you will work directly with the CEO to scale operations recruitment and growth. This role is perfect for a mission-driven generalist who thrives on execution and wants to solve a major social challenge using technology.

Location: London UK / Remote

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to refine internal systems and implement digital tools for improved efficiency

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment with a focus on operations or generalist support

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex overlapping workflows with high attention to detail

• Strong empathetic communication skills particularly when supporting individuals and families through sensitive transitions
