Job Summary

It is very important to monitor and follow global cyber action plans and programs and the global cyber costs to ensure that entities have the means to deliver their cyber objectives. This activity is managed by the Programs & Performance Management Department.

 

PMO profile:

  • Collect regularly (on monthly basis) the cyber costs
  • Produce and share regularly reports about cyber costs to the stakeholders
  • Anticipate the impact of costs deviation and raise alerts
  • Follow of specific cyber action plans

 

  • Monitoring follow-up and reporting of cyber costs:
    • Organize cyber cost collection (planification)
    • Collect regularly (on monthly basis) the cyber costs (Change and Run current and forecasted by cyber topics) of each entity (around 30 entities: Head Office and the subsidiaries in France Europe Asia and Latam America)
    • Assist local and regional CISO and their teams to understand the expectations of cyber cost collection and the preparation of their figures
    • Control and challenge the quality of the collected costs (Ex: check the consistency of the figures provided by doing comparisons between the previous collections and between the different costs topics)
    • Produce and share PowerBI reports around cyber costs consolidated and by cyber topics by different costs categories (run change current forecasted) and at the different level of the organization (global regional and local)
    • Communicate and share regularly the reports to the stakeholders of the cyber costs process. It will be particularly important to consider their needs.
    • Identify cyber cost deviations or inconsistencies. Raise the necessary alerts to the Head of P&PM and contribute to the analysis of their impacts to push the organization to anticipate and guarantee the cyber objectives delivery.
  • Follow-up of specific Cyber action plans:
    • Follow specific cyber action plans rolled out in the region and subsidiaries.
    • Produce and share progress PowerBI reports of these action plans

Qualifications :

Core Requirements:

    • Mastery of PowerBI
    • Minimum 5 years of experience
    • Risk identification and follow-up
    • Coordination and motivation skills
    • Systematic critical and logical thinking
    • Strong summarization capabilities
  • Preferred:

    • 10 years of experience
    • French language skills
    • Commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality results
    • Adherence to procedures and methodologies
    • Ability to manage stress and conflicts effectively
    • Ability to plan ahead and prioritize workload
    • Adaptability to changes and evolution

Additional Information :

Ability to travel outside of Portugal

Willing and able to work outside normal office hours in exceptional circumstances
